Serves as communications counsel to senior leaders, Human Resources, Foundation and other departments to develop and implement effective communication regarding business goals and objectives and organizational change.

A minimum of seven years professional experience in internal/employee communications, organizational communication or public relations is required. A bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, communications or related field also is required. A master’s degree is preferred. Must demonstrate strong planning, presentation and writing skills. Specific employee communications and fundraising experience strongly preferred. Health care and/or social service industry experience a plus.

Position: Consultant - Patient Experience

Location: Fort Atkinson, WI

Description: Reporting to the CEO, Kristin Baird, the patient experience consultant will provide support to Baird Group clients working on improving the customer experience and the resulting patient satisfaction scores. In that capacity, the consultant will follow the Baird Model for Service Excellence in onsite leadership development, training and processes designed to continuously improve customer experience and create an environment of accountability for a shared service excellence vision. Qualifications

Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Green Bay, WI
