PINNACLE AWARDS

Earn Recognition for Your Best Work in the Bi-State Pinnacle Awards

Each year, WHPRMS recognizes our members’ excellence and success in the practice of healthcare public relations and marketing through a judged awards program. 

In 2024, WHPRMS is collaborating with ISHMPR, the Illinois Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations to host a joint awards program called the Pinnacle Awards. All winning entries from both states will be honored during an awards banquet at the Bi-State annual conference on October 3, 2024, in Lake Geneva. 

Who is eligible to enter? All current WHPRMS members are eligible to enter and demonstrate Wisconsin’s excellent healthcare communication work. You can choose among dozens of project categories. 


How to Enter:

  • You will submit a concise summary of your project’s objective, implementation, cost and results. You can use this worksheet to organize your narrative.

  • The project must have been completed between June 25, 2023, and June 24, 2024.

  • Agencies may enter on behalf of their clients, but the person who enters must have worked on the project team.

  • Entries will be judged by independent marketing professionals.

  • Point totals will qualify you for awards of Excellence, Merit and Honorable Mention. There will also be honors for Best in Show

WHPRMS Members who receive Pinnacle Awards also receive: 

  • Recognition for a year on the WHPRMS website 

  • Recognition via a letter from the WHPRMS Board to the CEO of your organization

  • Points toward the WHPRMS Leadership Recognition Award program, in which you can earn individual accreditation, certification or fellow status

EARLY BIRD DEADLINE: June 14

  • You will enter the Pinnacle Awards through the ISHMPR website. 

  • You will need to create an account to do so.

  • Enter for a discounted fee ($10 off) by June 14, 2024. 

  • Final entry deadline is June 28, 2024.
